We don't charge for returns, or charge a restocking fee
Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached
All returns must have a completed returns form
All funds will be refund in the same way payment was made

What happens if I don't like the colour or have ordered the wrong size?

Return the item to us within 21 days*, complete our returns form and ensure it is returned with the goods, all goods returned, must be in the same condition as sent, all tags must be intact and in a resalable condition.

Once the goods have been return, we will either refund the amount paid via the same method paid, or we will send out the alternative item within 3 days.

*Items purchased for Christmas Presents can be returned up to the 31st of January


What Happens if my item I received is faulty or if an item has failed prematurely?

All good supplied by Totally Sport are supplied by official sources and as such come with a standard manufacturers warranty.

Please fill in our returns form, clearly stating the problems or fault and return the item to us and the form, we will then inspect the product and also consult with the manufacturers, and either replace the item or provide a full refund.

All refunds will be provided in the same means as payment was made, and refund for return postage will also be provided up to a value of £10, if return postage ill be above this amount then please contact us at enquiries@totallysport.co.uk


Who Pays for Postage?

In the case that you have purchased the item and have selected the wrong size or dislike the product colour, you will be liable for return postage.

In the case there is a fault with the item or it has failed prematurely we will refund postage, up to a value of £10, please contact us for further information.


How long does the this process take?

After the goods have been returned with the returns form, the process will take no longer than 5 working days.


What happens if Totally Sport are out of stock of the replacement item?

If we are out of stock we normally offer an alterative product, or we provide a full refund.

If we have an alternative product we will contact you providing you with information before sending, if you do not want any of the alternatives we then provide a refund.
